That patient's rest day was prescribed from her liver enzymes and her hep C history. Rest days are written per-plan from your own LFTs. Copying someone else's rest day is the same error as copying someone else's dose. 2️⃣ She did NOT stop her Valcade. The email says she "won't stop meds." Nothing in this article is authorization to abandon standard-of-care treatment. Any change is consultation-gated. 3️⃣ Kappa/lambda ratios are myeloma-specific markers. Do not apply them to breast, colon, pancreatic or other cancers. Your marker is your marker.
